1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Larracos Labs LTD(Company No. 16781423), a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using Seemor (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

Seemor is an AI-powered restaurant discovery platform that provides personalized restaurant recommendations, reviews analysis, and dining insights for London and other supported cities.

The Service is currently in beta testing and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. We make no guarantees about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service during this beta period.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LARRACOS LABS LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED £100 GBP OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Larracos Labs LTD and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any User Content you submit or share through the Service

12. Pricing and Payment

The Service is currently free during the beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. If we do so, we will provide advance notice and you will have the opportunity to accept the new pricing terms or discontinue use of the Service.

13. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. However, we retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you reside or any other relevant jurisdiction.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve disputes through negotiation.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Larracos Labs LTD regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

20. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by us.
