A 4.3 tells you nothing about whether a place is right for date night vs. a work lunch. Seemor analyzes thousands of reviews per restaurant and separates the signal: food quality, noise level, service speed, kid-friendliness, authenticity, value — 35+ dimensions, each scored individually. Every restaurant gets a review authenticity check — restaurants with clean reviews show a "Reviews look authentic" badge, and those with concerns are flagged with adjusted grades. Then Seemor matches those scores to what you're planning and what you personally care about. The result: an honest quality grade and a personal "For You" score — so you know if it's right for you before you walk in.

Your "For You" score reflects how well a restaurant matches what you personally care about. It combines the restaurant's quality grade with your taste preferences — things like how much you value quiet atmosphere vs. buzzy energy, or outstanding food vs. great value. Two people can look at the same restaurant and see completely different "For You" scores. That's the point — your taste isn't average, and your recommendations shouldn't be either. The score gets more accurate as you set preferences and use Seemor. But even without preferences, it's useful — occasion defaults mean Date Night results are automatically weighted toward atmosphere and service.
